Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts across the APAC region. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for our premium range of natural ingredients. 

Key Responsibilities:

· Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the APAC region. 

· Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance our presence in the region. 

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the cosmetics, fragrance, and wellness industries. 

· Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to expand our market reach. 

· Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance against targets and provide insights for strategic decision-making. 

· Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business strategies. 

· Networking: Represent ABL Botanicals at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and products. 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the natural ingredients, cosmetics, or related industries. 

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. 

· Strong understanding of the APAC market dynamics and customer preferences. 

· Experience in the F&F industry a plus.
