Oussama Boukhar is a Sustainability and Food Safety Compliance Manager with over five years of experience in quality management, certification, and sustainable development. Holder of a Master’s degree in Metrology and Quality from the Université Cady Ayyad of Marrakech, Oussama has developed deep expertise in international certification frameworks including BRC, HACCP, ISO standards, organic certification, and fair trade schemes such as UEBT/RA and Fair For Life. His career includes significant experience at IB Arome in Marrakech, where he progressed from Quality Assistant to Quality and Certification Manager, successfully implementing social, environmental, and sustainable development management systems, conducting internal and supplier audits, and leading certification projects across the agri-food sector. At ABL Botanicals, Oussama is responsible for driving the Group’s sustainability strategy, overseeing responsible sourcing, biodiversity practices, and environmental and social performance, while ensuring full compliance with food safety standards and the ethical requirements of international certification bodies.
