ABL Botanicals is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members joining our growing team: Achraf Acoudir as Sourcing Manager and Oussama Boukhar as Quality Control Manager. These two appointments reflect our continued commitment to building a team with the expertise, dedication, and vision needed to take ABL Botanicals to the next level.
Achraf Acoudir, Sourcing Manager
Achraf brings a strong and diverse background in end-to-end supply chain management, international logistics, and business development. Over the course of his career, he has held key roles at organisations such as Siemens, Dachser Maghreb, Groupe Hyatt Design, and Zainlee Technologies in Dubai, gaining broad experience across logistics operations, procurement, and commercial strategy. Notably, he managed complex operational projects for the CAF and FIFA World Cup in Morocco, coordinating high-stakes logistics for some of the country’s most prestigious institutional clients.
Most recently, through his role at Agrin Maroc, Achraf developed hands-on exposure to the agricultural sector, overseeing export operations, managing production orders, and coordinating between logistics and production teams to ensure the timely delivery of agricultural products to clients. At ABL Botanicals, he will bring this combined expertise in supply chain optimisation, export planning, and client relationship management to support the Group’s operational and logistical development.
Oussama Boukhar, Quality Control Manager
Oussama joins ABL Botanicals with over five years of experience in quality management, certification, and sustainable development, with a particular focus on the agri-food sector. Holder of a Master’s degree in Metrology and Quality, he has developed deep expertise in international certification frameworks including BRC, HACCP, ISO standards, organic certification, and fair trade schemes such as UEBT/RA and Fair For Life.
His career at IB Arome in Marrakech, where he progressed from Quality Assistant to Quality and Certification Manager, saw him successfully lead the implementation of social, environmental, and sustainable development management systems, and drive certification projects across multiple international standards. At ABL Botanicals, Oussama will be responsible for steering the Group’s sustainability strategy, overseeing responsible sourcing and biodiversity practices, and ensuring full compliance with food safety and ethical certification requirements.
Together, Achraf and Oussama bring a powerful combination of operational, logistical, and compliance expertise that will strengthen ABL Botanicals across key areas of our business. We are delighted to welcome them both to the team and look forward to the contributions they will make as we continue to grow.
